Practical location

Park your car safe and dry. The Kloster parking garage with room for 1000 cars is located only 250 meters from the hotel. The hotel is located in the town centre, with views of the harbour. It's a short distance from both parking and the airport shuttle, and the Fish Market, Fløien Funicular, the Aquarium and more are within walking distance from the hotel. Real food and wine experiences

Strengthen relationships through good meals. Chef Kåre Husebø has set the menus, and the new, tempting lunch buffet is ready. The snack menu has been improved, and there's more to choose from than ever before; fresh fruit for energy, delicious, home made cake-tapas, and dried fruits and nuts. Our experienced chef ensures that the food is freshly made from scratch, most often from fresh, local ingredients. Give yourself a dining experience - we offer everything from simple, low cost, three course meals, to extravagant feasts. Maybe an informal buffet based on Norwegian/Spanish/Italian traditions is the thing for you? Maybe combined with the tasting of Italian or French wine, or a dive deep into specific wine districts at ALTONA WINE BAR? Our saloons and the popular Altona Wine Bar keep your guests together, even after the work is done.

Rooms with atmosphere

All our rooms have character and are well-equipped, and come with free internet access through a powerful (new) wireless broadband connection. Most rooms are also equipped with a cable connection. The bandwidth is good. All rooms have a data/video projector and the usual AV-equipment. The host is never far away. Smokers are welcome at the terrass out back.
